The acquisition of Keck allows the E3 Group to become one of Germany’s market-leading providers of high-quality live marketing solutions.

The contracts formalizing the takeover of Keck GmbH by the E3 Group were signed on March 28, 2019. The E3 Group’s goal is to form a leading global service provider for exhibitions, events and environments. To achieve this position, it assembles an international network of companies that specialize in providing brand showcasing services. The E3 Group acts as a driver of change and progress by providing growth capital and strategic ideas to the management teams of the companies in the Group, as well as acting as a sparring partner for management. The E3 Group is led globally by CEO Patrick O. Soschinski. It has its roots in the company ET GLOBAL.

Keck is specialized in the development and implementation of ambitious brand spaces, with a focus on globally active clients in the premium market. With Keck, the E3 Group is strengthening its access to customers in central and southern Germany while also expanding its international reach through the Keck locations in Shanghai and Vancouver. Alongside Keck, the E3 Group is taking the logical next step toward developing a brand strategy that is focused on individual customer needs. As an owner with strategic interests, the E3 Group will be integrating the expertise of the 170 Keck employees into its larger group.

Patrick O. Soschinski said: “Keck represents a superb addition to the E3 Group’s portfolio of services and customers. We are fully convinced that this addition forms the ideal basis for the successful strategic progression of our group to a premium service provider of consulting and execution services for live marketing solutions.”

Markus Futterer, Managing Partner of Keck GmbH, added: “Our clients are becoming more international and presenting us with ever more demanding requirements – they want to use the newest trends and technologies. As part of the E3 Group, we can serve our customers with an even better range of services while simultaneously contributing our own expertise to the Group’s successful future.”

Hans-Jörg Keck, Founder of Keck GmbH, concluded: “I would like to thank all of my colleagues whose hard work and commitment has helped actively shape the success of the Keck company. Becoming part of the E3 Group is a very positive development for us, since it sets the stage for future success at Keck.”

In the view of E3, trade fairs and events are and remain central marketing pillars in B2B communication with major relevance for manufacturers and customers. In the E3 Group’s estimation the market remains very exciting, with many opportunities for growth.
