E3 World expands its Management Board to include brand staging expert Marc Matern. Following a successful realignment, the company is well positioned for industry restart

Frankfurt am Main, June 25, 2021 – E3 World, a globally active group of companies specializing in exhibitions, events and environments with 10 locations and more than 900 employees worldwide, has appointed Marc Matern as a new member of the Management Board effective June 1, 2021. In addition to responsibility for the internationally oriented brands ET GLOBAL and KECK, he will drive the group's digital transformation and concept innovations. The expansion of the Management Board and the associated reallocation of responsibilities is part of the realignment of the internationally positioned E3 Group, which began in the fourth quarter of last year.
This reorganization serves the overarching goal of aligning the product and service portfolio of the individual brands to reflect even more closely the changing needs of customers and the framework conditions in the event industry. In addition to the expansion of the Management Board and reorganization, the measures also include stronger cross-site cooperation between the branches in Frankfurt and Stuttgart as well as the logistics centers. In the process, the Group launched the new umbrella brand “E3 World” for the assigned companies. Furthermore, the renowned expert Jean-Charles Durand joined the Management Board as Director of Strategic Business Development. The founder of the subsidiary ELECTRA SOLUTIONS in Dubai will advise and support the Group on matters concerning strategic business development and international expansion.

Marc Matern has over 16 years of experience in various management positions at well-known event service providers and communications agencies. He is responsible for the brands ET GLOBAL and KECK, which are active in the field of live marketing solutions for internationally active customers. KECK specializes in the development and implementation of sophisticated brand environments. ET Global is primarily aimed at large corporate clients and, in addition to implementation, also offers comprehensive consulting services in the areas of conception, brand strategy and analysis.
